Job Summary

Tasty Bites is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the serving area and surrounding areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the serving area and surrounding areas.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Language

  • Availability
