Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Indian Hut. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure optimal food quality and minimize waste
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure optimal staff utilization
