About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at the clinic to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students as preferred.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
