Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Worker to join our team at BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and evaluate psychosocial rehabilitative programs to address the assessed needs of patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the inter-professional team to develop individualized rehabilitative treatment plans.
  • Complete rehabilitation assessments and document patient progress.
  • Participate in the development of new program curricula and standards.
  • Maintain work area and equipment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized recreational, rehabilitation or related health or human services program.
  • Two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Valid Food Safe Certificate.
  • Valid Class 4 BC Driver's License.
