About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at CMLS Financial. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end administration of commercial mortgage servicing, including post-funding transactions, loan advances, and borrower requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers, investors, and CMHC.
- Collect and analyze documents to meet business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Results-driven with strong organizational and administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in analytical and numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, judgment, and integrity, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
