About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at CMLS Financial. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Commercial Servicing administration works and operations, including post-funding transactions, loan advances, borrower, investor, CMHC, and other requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the life cycle of a mortgage portfolio.
  • Manage a variety of interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze documents to meet business requirements.
  • Identify and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders to help make business-critical decisions.
  • Stay current with market research and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven with strong organizational and administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in analytical and numerical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office user.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, judgment, and integrity.
  • Passion for real estate lending business.
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, and possesses strong administration and operation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferred).
  • Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
