- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on company processes and initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College diploma or University Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer-focused thinking.
- Ability to multitask and cope with pressure.
- Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
