Regional Sales Development Manager

At Kal Tire, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with medium-sized commercial customers.
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced sales professional who can analyze account issues, design programs to address client needs, and track program results. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth, exceptional service, competitive differentiation, and vertically integrated relationships with our medium-sized commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with medium-sized commercial customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Analyze account issues and design programs to address client needs, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Track program results and report back to clients, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Communicate effectively with stores on an ongoing basis about issues related to key accounts, including customer needs, billing, and consistent service standards across various locations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience working at Kal Tire or in a related B2B industry.
- Proven track record in inside sales management and customer analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management and coaching.
- Experience with business analysis and customer reporting.
- Proven record/knowledge of consultative selling process.
- Able to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with suppliers, Store Managers, Retread Managers, Salespeople, Business Development Managers, Zone Managers, and Senior Zone Managers.
