About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
