Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Quesada Burritos & Tacos, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, focusing on freshness and presentation.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory levels.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in a culinary environment.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
