As a Culinary Specialist at Quesada Burritos & Tacos, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in food preparation and kitchen management will ensure that our standards of quality and service are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring flavor and presentation meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory management.
- Work Area Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality in food service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Flexible hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week.
