Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GreenGold Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and preparing construction schedules
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage budgets
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, including planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones
  • Develop and implement quality control programs and risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, Mac OS, SharePoint, and SketchUp
