Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Performance Coordinator to join our team at GWALIA CATERING AND BANQUETS in Calgary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the activities of the HR department, and ensuring they meet the organization's goals.

In this role, you will also coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

You will be required to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

We are looking for a team player who is flexible, organized, accurate, client-focused, and able to manage their time effectively. You should have a strong understanding of personal suitability and be able to adapt to changing situations.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on a 30-35 hour work week. This salary is estimated based on industry standards and location.
