Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our applications.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application behavior and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain procedural and diagnostic documentation.
  • Participate in on-call duty on a rotating basis to ensure 24/7 support.
Requirements
  • University or college degree in a computer science or technology program (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an application support environment.
  • Database experience, specifically with SQL Server.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet customer demands.
What We Offer

Descartes offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a remote work opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work anywhere in Canada.
