Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, provide guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, monitoring stock movements and adjusting accordingly to meet customer demand.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
