Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop the skills of new employees to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Manage financial transactions, including payments by cheque and returns of merchandise.
- Sell Merchandise: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products effectively.
