As an Assistant Store Manager at Ricki's, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store. You will use your creativity and understanding of current styling trends, visual merchandising techniques to meet our product and customer strategies for each brand.

Partnering with the Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of the store's business and support day-to-day operations. You will:

You will contribute to maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership. You will also:

  • Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation
  • Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Implement Brand(s) visual standards, and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve consistency in visual display
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a retail supervisor who can motivate, train, and coach others to success
  • Strong retail and business acumen
  • Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
