Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

A Square Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods at designated locations
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical issues
  • Communicate with central dispatch to receive and relay information
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a long-haul truck driver
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
