Operations Supervisor Job Description

At MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC., we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, review progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, establishing effective communication channels.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
