Job Summary
Reneshone is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer requests, selling products and services primarily through phone and internet channels, and building strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for career advancement, product training, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and process orders efficiently
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Maintain accurate records and data to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Participate in administrative projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or equivalent client-facing experience
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in valves and fittings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
