Job Overview: As a Bilingual Sales and Technical Representative at RENESHONE, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the commercial construction, fire protection, HVAC, irrigation, and other industries. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products, technical expertise, and competitive pricing to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong technical knowledge of valves, fittings, and other related products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in an inside sales position are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requests and sell products and services through phone and internet channels
  • Process customer quotes, orders, calculate project prices, handle returns, and resolve complaints or issues
  • Provide technical advice and solutions based on product offerings
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Support management in administrative projects and tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical inside sales representative or equivalent client-facing experience with technical products in the process/manufacturing field
  • Demonstrated success in customers' accounts ongoing maintenance and service
  • Satisfying technical understanding of at least one of the following activities within the manufacturing field: wear-resistant products, instrumentation, valves, strainers, pumps, and fittings
  • Previous inside sales experience with manufacturing products (such as commercial valves, plastic fittings, strainers, and gauges) to the commercial, plumbing, industrial, oil and gas, petrochemical, municipal, HVAC, fire protection wholesalers, retailers, and OEM customers
  • Good technical level understanding of a few relevant products from at least two of the following brands: NIBCO, Webstone, LESSO, NCI, FLOW+, WGI, and SSI
