Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Valve Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing technical advice on our products.

Responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact for all clients and customers
* Process customer quotes, orders, and handle returns
* Provide technical advice and solutions based on product offerings
* Build and maintain client loyalty through prompt and friendly service
* Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve problems efficiently
* Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
* Manage and organize detailed client data

Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or equivalent client-facing experience
* Successful experience in maintaining and servicing customer accounts
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical products, particularly in the valve and fitting industry
* Previous experience in inside sales with manufacturing products is an asset
* Good technical level understanding of relevant products from major brands such as NIBCO, Webstone, and LESSO
