About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
