Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
