Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Autism Tutor to join our team at St.Amant. As a key member of our Autism Programs, you will provide services that align with our mission and values, as well as external legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of the Behaviour Analyst to provide services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide training and support to Autism Tutors and parents
  • Conduct overlaps to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Enter client data and graphing as requested
  • Assist Behaviour Analysts in clinic meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Post-secondary coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis/Behaviour Modification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Competence in Microsoft computer platform and Excel databases
  • Fluency in French language
  • Experience working with children with ASD
