About the Role

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Autism Tutor to join our team at St.Amant. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with children and families to support their individualized goals and promote their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA intervention to assigned children under the direction of the Autism Consultant and Senior Tutor, including learning activities in all life areas.
  • Attend team meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices and share your expertise.
  • Collect data and information regarding the child's progress and collaborate with the team to ensure coordination and integrity of services.
  • Communicate with child's family regarding the child's progress, care, and well-being, providing regular updates and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum education of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, with a willingness to learn and maintain accurate data collection, summary, and entry methods.
