Senior Project Manager with Enterprise Experience for Fleet Cardlock Project

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a Fleet Cardlock application project from vendor selection to deployment for our client in the Retail and Energy sector. This is a high-profile project requiring a skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of Enterprise RFP processes and experience in managing complex application/COTS implementation projects.


The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end application/COTS implementation projects. A background in managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor selection is also essential. Additionally, experience with fleet card and cardlock payment systems, as well as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and integration technologies, is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to acceptable quality standards, using defined project management methodologies and tools.


Key responsibilities of this role include setting up and managing governance forums, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and reporting on risks, issues, and OPEX expenses. The Project Manager will also work closely with stakeholders across the business to manage project risks, facilitate steering committee updates, and ensure alignment with business needs. Furthermore, the successful candidate will oversee resource allocation, track labor costs, and maintain relationships with third-party vendors as related to project delivery.
