About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead end-to-end projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client implementations, fostering strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients, provide training, and offer ongoing support.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth updates/transitions for clients modifying their services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
  • Document processes and procedures detailing project management methods, tools, and guidelines.
  • Act as liaison to organize workshops, meetings, and retrospectives, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles within banking/fintech, with a focus on project management/delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Scrum certification/PMP designation considered an asset.
  • Experience with CRM software/project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Jira) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Core Banking Systems/Mortgage Lending Platforms an asset.
  • Interest in understanding/latest fintech, banking, and payments an advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills/ability to engage various internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CAPEX/OPEX financial forecasting and tracking actuals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills/conflict management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences/working alongside diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to multitask/set priorities coordinate/schedule.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, depending on your knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
