Cafe Brio is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the cafe is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or cafe management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
