Delmar International Inc. is seeking a skilled Customs Rater to join our team. As a key member of our customs brokerage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs transactions for our clients. Your expertise in customs regulations and procedures will be essential in meeting our high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customs transactions for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures
• Utilize CargoWise One system to efficiently process customs transactions
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry
• Experience in CargoWise One system is considered an asset
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• High school diploma required, CCS designation preferred
