Job Title: Construction Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team at C DeVin Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty conditions. You will be working outdoors and in various locations, including construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers.
Requirements
  • Carpenter Trade Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
