Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager Lead to join our team in Toronto. This role will be responsible for managing properties within assigned regions and books of business, ensuring that company objectives are met and goals are consistently achieved.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of property managers to ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop goals and communicate established goals
  • Ensure goals of the company and its clients are consistently met
  • Manage the process improvement and quality control of property management functions to maximize productivity and ensure quality service is delivered
Responsibilities
  1. Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
  2. Provide leadership and direction to teams and assist in the investigation and resolution of any issues that arise
  3. Maintain harmonious employee/employer relations
  4. Maintain awareness of changes in rules, statutes or regulations and communicate changes to staff
Requirements
  • Hold a General License in good standing
  • RCM or other recognized property management designation
  • An experienced Condominium Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
