Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage.
- Develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
