Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in food service or a related field is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
