Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
