Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Lead - Policy Development to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the effective management of our organization's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, review and approval of policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation management systems to support policy development and implementation.
  • Provide training and education to staff on policy development and implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate policy effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on policy development and management.
  • Proven track record of successful policy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary

$85,839 - $107,308 per year.
