We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Documents Coordinator. This role will involve processing legal forms, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and process legal documents accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
• Update and enter data on the computer in a timely manner
• Perform filing and other administrative duties as required
• Assist with daily auction day duties and customer inquiries
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent (2-4 years of experience considered)
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, make sound decisions, and adapt to a changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple systems
