At LCS Construction Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Management Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. About the Role

The Site Management Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and coordinating project activities to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Activities: Plan and organize work schedules to meet project deadlines, allocating resources and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Supervise Workers: Oversee the performance of site staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to complete their tasks.
  • Manage Project Resources: Ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and supplies are available to support project activities, requisitioning or ordering items as required.
  • Maintain Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to employees and the general public.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • College Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A college diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
