Financial Analyst

At Vision Group, we're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst - Consolidation Specialist, you'll play a key role in consolidating various business segments monthly using Solver BI360. You'll prepare and analyze the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statement, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand the performance of our business segments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate various business segments monthly using Solver BI360.
- Prepare and analyze the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Analyze and report on the performance of our various business segments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the performance of our business segments.
- Create and improve analyses using the Power BI tool.
- Participate in drawing up the annual budget.
- Prepare all documentation intended for the board of Directors and the external auditors.
- Participate in the year-end audit process and in the complete preparation of the financial statements.
- Develop and maintain the profitability matrix impacting our minority investors ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Contribute to the integration of new business segments and acquisitions in the consolidation process.
- Ensure that new business segments and acquisitions are properly accounted for in the consolidation process.
Your Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline and a CPA designation (CFE completed at minimum).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry and/or in a complex multi-company environment.
- You are bilingual (French and English) as you will need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Solver BI360 (Asset).
- You have great skills at multi-tasking and adapting to changing needs of the organization.
