About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Timmins area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell new and used whole goods products to customers within the designated territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports, to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
