About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at 14214757 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization.
