Ignite Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our team in a Litigation and Advocacy role. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients, conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and draft complex legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records

Requirements:
- License to practice law in Ontario and good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
