Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

This role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, change management, and data analysis to enhance our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  2. Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Oversee employee performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.
  4. Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
  5. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency.
  6. Conduct data analysis to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
  8. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  10. Office management: overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and HR sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change within an organization successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred;
  • Experience in managing global teams is a plus.
  • Language requirement: English and Mandarin (both must be fluent).
