Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences
- Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Manage event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive event experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving event operations and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event operations, management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing complex events
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of event planning software and technology
