About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to support our office operations in Kitchener.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling office correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Calendars: Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Supply Management: Help with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Communication and Time-Management: Excellent communication and time-management abilities are necessary for success in this role.
