Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 2649170 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Restaurant Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Ensure a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of and follow proper protocols.
- Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor and Control Expenses: Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including inventory, labor, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
