Dining Establishment Manager

We are a family-owned restaurant seeking a skilled and experienced supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
- Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in food preparation and presentation, and ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Relocation and Travel: Willing to relocate to support the growth and expansion of the restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working under pressure.
