Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at BC LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Work Environment
- Permanent position.
- 30 hours per week.
- English language.
