Administrative Support Associate

Aramark is seeking an Administrative Support Worker to assist management with administrative tasks, including ordering, data entry, filing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative functions, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, and answering phones
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record review
- Greet customers, clients, and employees, and answer inquiries or direct calls as needed
- Maintain office memos and informative postings
- Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
