About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Quality Director to join our team at Aecon Concessions. As a key member of our Nuclear Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance programs and processes
  • Manage staffing requirements and resource sharing for the QA and QC department
  • Provide standardized reporting for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functional areas
  • Own the Quality Assurance Program and monitoring to ensure appropriate planning, development, documentation, and maintenance
  • Provide indoctrination and training of project staff and management
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years project experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership/management role
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance Programs and processes
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physical Science, or related field
  • Certification(s) in: Quality Engineer (CQE), Quality Auditor (CQA), and/or ISO-9000 Auditor
